Before you turn your system back on we recommend the following: Do a 25-50% water change. Also, remove any dead leaves or debris found in the pond. Clean the waterfall and skimmer boxes. Clean all media. Refill the pond to the appropriate level. Add chlorine and heavy metal remover. Add beneficial bacteria and begin adding hardy plants as they become available.
